and due dates will be on website and will also be given to students.

Social Studies/Science projects throughout the year. Often done in class, but may require some
support from home.

expected to be completed and turned in on time.
ÒIf assignments are
late, but turned in the next day, your child will receive 50% credit on what
the score would have been.

they will receive a zero.

at normal time in the morning.

brought to the front of the building at 11:00 for carpool.
ÒAny child not picked
up by 11:15 will be placed in Academy Kids and charged accordingly.

a snack and a silent reading book.

taking the Treasures reading benchmark tests.

some work throughout the year, the work will be shared at conferences.

Folders weekly. There you will find your
child’s academic work and correspondence from the school and the teachers. The folders are to be brought back to school
on the following Monday.

Program-a Police Officer-Glen Stark will be at ACS 2-3 times per day. He
will be in plain clothes.
